For those Charter customers thinking on switching to the Dish to get the Pac 12 Networks the Dish has a nice program where you get free previews of some of their channels on higher tiers. According to their website:

If you live in the footprint of the Pac 12 and have the Dish you will get the Pac 12 Networks on a lower tier. That is, at this time, the big "hang up" for Charter! They don't want to put it on a lower tier in the Pac 12 states and the Pac 12 Network is insisting upon it.
