If you are not happy to not be able to see your team on TV call Charter Communications or your cable/satellite provider.
Charter there are a lot of Oregon Duck fans that want to see the Ducks! You are creating a lot of bad will that will not soon go away. Fans talk to those business that do advertising on Charter! I am NOT advocating a boycott but a polite word to the advertisers may do some good. They don't want unhappy customers. Some business target sports fans.
